pain.

went to gym last saturday. train up my leg.
Sunday, my quads and hamstring sore.
Today i walk like some retarded person. cant even jog.
got difficulties in going up&down the stairs.
and i'm going to skip training tmr. i can even jog la. wth.
thats the problem if u didnt train ur leg for 2 months.
sigh.
